WTB Weirwolf 2.55LT
This tire has very low profile knobs cut into segmented chevrons, giving it a faster roll and more grip. I'm running this tire F and R, as the sidewall says "Rear Rotation Optional".
I unsuccessfully tried to break traction while coasting down a gravel and sand hardpack trail and have huge confidence in this tire! Large volume provides a large contact patch and the ability to run lower pressures for technical climbs. On descents, I'm currently running about 40 PSI for this 220-lb. XC rider on a Superlight with King hubs and Bontrager Asym rims.
The WTB Weirwolf 2.55LT ranks right up there with the Maxxis Larsen TT 2.35K
Go get some and ride it like you stole it!!
